How can I remove the IPs required for Yahoo IM and MSN Messanger to connect from my blocklist?

You could use blocklist manager to do this. This information is all contained in the forums uf sign up it will all be available.

Well I found what was blocking MSN but now i still can;t figure out what to exclude to get Yahoo to work. Any ideas?

You need to log blocked packets to video, check what ip\'s are being blocked when you try to access yahoo, then exclude them in BLM.
