Hi. Somehow or other, my IP has been added to the IPFilter.dat file. Any way for me to fix this? I'm getting kicked off servers left and right... thx in advance!

jacker,
An admin here could help you (I'm NOT an admin). PM or email or somehow tell an admin here what your IP address is. Nobody can help you unless they know your address, but you don't want to just give your address out "to the world."

Hi, and thanks.
The forum webpage knows my IP address (its on the left all the way at the bottom); also, I know that mods on other forums are able to derive a poster's IP address from the metadata in that poster's posts. So I'm assuming that the mods here can do the same.
In any event, I'm not able to send a PM unless I register. Which I could do, but it seems overkill just to fix my IP problem (that's why they have the Guest Forum, right?).
Anyway, if a mod sees this (yo mods!), please let me know if I do in fact have to give you my IP info, or if you can get it from my posts. If I do have to provide it, can you provide me with an email address?
thx,
jack

Oh, wait, I just saw that you ARE a mod. Crap. So much for that theory.
Can you tell me how to contact an admin? All I see on the main forum page are moderators (I'm assuming from your post that there's a difference).
Thanks, sorry for my stupidity.

Hey,
apperently Cox Communications is in a Bogon Range, which isn't maintained by us.
Blacklist faqI'll ask, what we can do about, if we'll do st about it.

PS: And nope, the guest forums are not supposed for reporting "invalid IPs". Normally you should do that in the Invalid IP Section...
