Last November my ISP (Telefonica de Argentina) began to assign IPs to A-DSL users in this dynamic range:
190.48.0.0 - 190.48.255.255
Which conflicts with:
189.000.000.000 - 190.255.255.255 , 000 , IANA Reserved, Bogon
From bluetack lists; the range is not listed as such at completewhois.com so the problem is only with bluetack Bogon range in the "Paranoid ipfilter.dat". I already reported the problem, but I like to respectfully request here that you remove the aforementioned IPs from your database. This idiotic move of our Internet Provider also isolated us from certain websites (Bluetack among those) so is really hard to make a report.

I'm beginning to think my claim is not good enough for Bluetack (Southamericans don't count, perhaps?)

As you can see, the problem is at Bluetack end. Please, remove or split the range to exclude: 190.48.0.0 - 190.48.255.255 it belongs to:
