Salut smile.gif

My ISP seems to be on IPFilter.dat for eMule sad.gif

My ISP is Kabel Deutschland (superkabel.de).

I found my IP-range in the IPFilter.dat on my PC... that block a lot of users I think because Kabel Deutschland hasn't a big IP-range.

The range is:
088.134.128.000-088.134.255.255 [Not declared]

Hey,

your IP is definetly not in one of our lists. And it is not in the Bogons list (which we don't maintain - look here )

So, you should update the Ipfilter, and your Ip should't be in there.

It's on the list from http://emulepawcio.sourceforge.net/nieuwe_...es/ipfilter.dat

I thought they use yours. It's the list which is pre-enabled in my eMule-Client (eMule Plus) and I get the "Your IP is on IPFilter.dat" Error from many servers sad.gif

I gotta ask myself, why are you using a sourceforge list and coming here to complain?

Sourceforge is hosted by savvis, they support antip2p organizations like Overpeer, Media Sentry, sony, mgi entertainment, Microsoft and now have a savvis federal systems for the government!!!

They are sourceforges upstream provider and could log every connection downloading those lists.

Other than that, you may have to complain to the peeps that make that list to update it. I do not see a record that it was ever in our list, but it could have been in the bogons list at one point.

Ours links are to the left and have been updated more often.

That's pretty crappy; "Let's screw up the lists and then have 'em complain to Bluetack..." sad.gif

It is very easy to do this with the bogons list changing so much lately.

But it is the 22nd, that list has not been updated for 18 days.

gonna update ours tonight smile.gif

So can't blame him smile.gif

I'm sorry if I made something wrong, I'm new to all this stuff ._.

I'll use your list from now on but there is nothing what I could do to be nor more blocked by the servers which use the sourceforge list isn't it?
firstaid
Yeah, theres not much you can do, try kademlia and see if you get more sources that way.

The servers may take a while to get your ip range out, If they have a website to go to or an email addy you can send them a note letting them know they are blocking you. Be carefull not to send to any servers in our list as fake emule servers though.
