95% of the blocks from ipfilter.dat are "Beyond The Network America".

If someone can tell me why they are in the block list, I would appreciate knowing.

If you really must know, they cater to spammers and hackers. Look up their parent company, you will see where they actually come from. Spacequad AntiSpam Services has a full listing of their IPs along with other networks that cater to spammers as well.

If you were to check out the ip's and match them to ed2k servers you would prolly see why. This isp/hosting is full of about every bad thing there is, They are most likely fake servers you are blocking or something not good for p2p. To be sure you would have to give us some ip's to look up.
