Bluestreak collects information in several ways.
When you interact with a Bluestreak product and voluntarily provide personal information such as an email address or credit-card number, the information you provide is transferred to the merchant from the marketing unit. The information collected is the sole property of the merchant, and Bluestreak will not sell, rent, trade, or give this information to a third party. This data is shipped securely to the merchant, and is only archived by us to prevent loss of information.
A merchants' use of the personal information you provide is not governed by Bluestreak or this privacy policy. We encourage users to contact the individual merchants for information on their privacy policies, as their policies may differ from ours. Bluestreak is not responsible for the use of this voluntarily supplied information by the individual merchants.
Bluestreak tracks non-personally identifiable user interactions with our products for the purposes of controlling ad serving frequency and ad selection, and observing aggregate consumer behavior.
Bluestreak gathers voluntary contact information from visitors to our web site who would like more information about our products. This information will not be sold, traded, or given to a third party except in the case of companies retained by Bluestreak to manage a contact list solely on Bluestreak's behalf for the purposes of traditional or digital marketing communications. An opt-out mechanism is included in every communication.

Bluestreak does not use personally identifying "cookies". Bluestreak cookies are identified only by a numeric ID code, and are never correlated to personally identifiable information. We do sometimes use cookies to enhance the advertising experience. These cookies sometimes carry numeric ID codes to allow certain kinds of group behavior tracking.

This information is not specific to an individual user, and is used in the aggregate. It should be noted that while cookies reside in a browser until they are deleted, Bluestreak only tracks pertinent advertising-related user behavior (ex: some users visited a web site after viewing an ad).

Users may choose to decline the convenience of cookies. Use the buttons below to "opt-in" or "opt-out". Note, by "Opting-out", you will be accepting a permanent cookie that notifies the Bluestreak server that you have opted out, and that you should not be tracked.

Bluestreak reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions this policy at any time. If we change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances we disclose it.

You should visit this page from time to time to review the then-current policy because it is binding on you. If you wish us to inform you of any changes, please send a blank e-mail to privacylist@bluestreak.com

We welcome any questions and comments about privacy. Please send e-mail to privacylist@bluestreak.com
