Can Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0\Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0 be installed on an already infected PC and remove malicious software already loaded in RAM?
New technology Advanced Definition of removing malicious software already active is deployed in Kaspersky Anti-Virus 6.0\Kaspersky Internet Security 6.0.
The technology can remove malicious software that already loaded in RAM and can reload themselves and prevent the anti-virus software using harmful methods.
Upon detection a malicious code, the application prompts the user the following procedure to delete a malicious code:
* Block all new system processes from launching
* Block all actions with the registry start-up keys. Block creation of new files in the start-up folders.
* Block creation of new executable files;
* Start of the scan start-up task and disinfection/deletion of the required malicious code
* System reboot;
* System load without a malicious code already
That should be fun.
