looks like the BLM
you should register as it is free for tech support, you can not see it as a guest. people here help allot.
maybe try down in the Blocklist manager section of the forum (Tech support) if that is what you got the error in. some more info would be nice.

Greetings,
As a keen security-minded buff who uses Agnitum Outpost Pro 2.1, I am always looking for ways to further enhance my settings. As such, BLM was on my list as recommended by Paranoid2000 (Admin of Outpost User Forum).
I have downloaded/installed BLM and the latest patch (2.41.394) and started the application.
First, a pop-up window opened regarding Protowall not being enabled - I clicked OK and reached BLM's main window.
Om clicking CHECK SOURCES, I got the same message as the Guest poster:
:: Error in mnuCheckSources: (0), File Line#: 0, Line Contents:
The mouse cursor remaings as an hourglass - a check on Task Manager indicates that BLM is running.
No Sources are listed and nothing seems to be downloading.
What is going on?
Kindest regards,
Eagle Owl

Same thing is happening to me. Even worst: If I uninstall and reinstall BLM, nothing change at all, and Kazaa Lite++ and Protowall have their banned IP lists reset to 0....

Good manners cost nothing, firstaid.
