eg the mountain time is what the central should be
guess it would only matter when possible reporting spam posts to abuse addresses etc

I am in the CST zone and the time is correct for me when I am logged in.
Maybe someone has corrected this already 'cause I didn't notice the time yesterday when this was posted.
