Steve Gibson from GRC.com has a new free utility available to the public called "SecurAble" which can be found at: http://www.grc.com/securable.htm
This great little utility will check your system's processor chip for the existence of 3 things:

1. Whether or not it supports 32bit or 64bit applications
2. Whether or not it supports Hardware D.E.P.
3. Whether or not it supports Hardware Virtualization
