I recently moved to vista so i could benefit from some of its capabilities.

anyway i am using Mu torrent and i am bummed.

I need suggestions and a lot of help regarding:

Which Torrent program is the safest + a vista Compatible 32 bit Ip filter.

Please tell me how to defend myself.

Ive tried Mutorrent ip filter and i dont think its really filtering anything except the fact that it keeps showing how many ips it can block.its not blocking anything as peer guardian used to in XP.

You could try Protowall from this community but I have no idea if it is compatible with Vista.

Fisrt thing you need to do is disable IPv6 protocol in Vista.. just for safety's sake.

Protowall wasn't designed for vista so you would be taking things into your own hands by trying to run it on vista.

I am not sure there is anything else that will let you block lots of IP's besides that PG alpha..

I'm waiting for a soon to be released Outpost version that will run on vista, til then maybe the best alternative would be look n stop firewall.
