Hey. The other day I got Sygate asking me whether to let PeerGuardian access the internet. The description was "GTE Government Systems License Man." Can someone explain to me what this means?

The "GTE Government Systems License Man" part sounds like a merged IP range with a cut off comment. PG was probably wanting to block it and sygate got in the way.
