I noticed the file is smaller. The Dec30 pipfilter.dat has 6599 less ip's.
Why is that?

Hey there...

Thats because we removed some Iana-Reserved entries from our Iana-Reserved lists, which had been assigned by ripe and Arin. As I mentioned in some other topic we keep those entries in that list as long as possible....
