I am new here but have quite a valid question.
My son has had his msn account hacked by somebody. He was asked in around about way the answer to his secret question and now this person has managed to get to his msn account and use it. We managed to change the password through the forgot password function and they send an email back (which is sent to a bt account) and then we change the password but i think this person has also done this as you can get the mail sent to an alternate email account.
We need to know if there is anything else we can do to stop this person using the account?

You will have to contact MSN directly. There is a form here:

I would also advice you report the incident at your local police station.

He has now put it down to experience. e has setup a new account and using a different email address and has contacted all friends etc regarding old one.
