Hovering over the link in the message reveals the location of the fake Google AdWords site. These fake sites are extremely well made as seen below and might fool about anyone.
Sign in (even with empty login / password details) will take you to a page requesting updated payement info. Notice the fields to fill in ... easy to imagine what will happen afterwards no?
Hitting the Update button at the bottom of the page will display a "You Google AdWords account has been successfully reactivated" message and you'll be redirected to the real Google AdWords website.
Notice the spelling error ... Your Google AdWords account ...
