Hi.. At first I thought you were reporting that we were blocking your ISP.
You can't block your ISP from seeing what you do just by blocking their IP addresses, but you could end up just stopping your internet from working. If you are using their DNS servers then they could also just check their logs to see what sites you've been visiting.
But anyway, you are using their network so they will know everything you do, if they want to know. All your traffic goes through their system to get to you. The only real solution is to look into using some kind of program that masks your activities using a proxy or encrypted network to limit their snooping..
Getting this kind of privacy to work properly can get a little technical, so be prepared to read a lot before jumping in. There are quite a few similar programs/services you can try, and most likely your download speed will be affected in some way.
For protecting your privacy with P2P you can try looking into using SOCKS proxies, with a program such as sockscap, and some P2P programs have proxy support built in.
We have a introduction to proxies guide here, so check that out:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tor_(anonymity_network)For a simple solution to protect your browsing only there's a modified version of Firefox to work with TOR called Xerobank:

As for the korea connection you allowed, what was the IP address/port details for that. ? As far as I know we don't have any lists hosted in korea, maybe someone else does.
What locations are you using to download the lists with PG2 ?
