What are some programs (user friendly of coursE) that i can download so i can bypass my school's firewall to get on mIRC ( port 6677 = closed )

I know Hopster is one, but the Network is down frequently,
is there any other program?

i need to get on mIRc pretty badly...but our tech support in schools are a bunch of lazy bums and it takes them forever to open the ports. so i figure i have to use any other method.

well opening up ports to bypass your schools firewall is probably not allowed for a reason , especially if you get a virus and infect the network, but did you read the guide to tunnelling out from restrictive firewalls by Bluetack, it would be a good start. working on getting those techs to set up something would also be a good idea so you dont end up a spearhead for your zombie network..
