So, what happens, is you goto a website chock full of nice spam/etc images, and Click the "Transloader" link in your "Links" toolbar, and it generates a new page containing all of the spam/etc images in 1 nice easy to see browser window.Sooooo...create a new Bookmark in your "Links" folder, and change the address to point to

When you click the link, it puts all the images onto a nice single webpage where you can then right click each image, and gather the properties/url info for HOSTS blocking.
